My public ip when i was playing: 109.240.44.188
The game i played: Battlefield 2
The server i played on: BF2:*NRNS*CITY*MAPS RANKED MODDED
The date i was banned: 24.05.2017
Reason i was banned/kicked: Other

It still shows that I'm banned and I can't join the server.

That you have been unbanned for badsanta
But the other three names under the same ip can you explain

elenoor12345 and broken_arrow12345 or broken4rrow something are my brothers' nick names. I did play with those names last night after the ban.

This ip is from our parents house. We all are here on the weekends.

yes and you all have played from a pc that has a multihack on it too, like ivan said he will post with a decision
