Title: Problem with Jalalabad

The MEC players can't take their own vehicles on their safe base. They explode with a no safe base attack warning but US can take the small cars even if they are not blue. I forgot to test the bigger ones. The tanks can't be taken by US.

That map is not playable right now.  Can someone fix it asap?

MEC big heli doesn't appear in Kubra dam

After capturing airbase flag, and after destroying enemy US helicopter. I was waiting for MEC big heli, but US big helicopter appeared again :D. I want MEC heliiiiiiiiii.
