Why don't you set max ping for server. it is bad to play with people over 150 ping. At the moment there are over 10 people over ping 200

If you are EU server then set ping max to 100-110 please

We have members from all over the world the max ping is set for 300ms to accommodate any NRNS members we have.
Server has a 1Gb/s uplink to internet, CPU runs average 25% and memory around 20%.
