i have 2.3 ghz processor dual core, 4gb ram is that enough to run mw3?

Guess you should run it at least on minimal :P

sound card is not that important but video card needs at least 256 MB memory and DirectX 9.0 with shader 3.0
If you want to know what type of graphic card you have do this: in desktop push windows button and R (win 8) or in win 7 just click on start button and write "dxdiag" (without ") and go to second tab there should be name and type of your graphic card

Yes your computer is free to master this game. I have a dual-core and one GB of memory, and it works well.important to properly optimize your PC
