This is the free upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 7/8 that ended in July (the deadline was extended until December 31, 2017 for people who use the Windows accessibility features). Personally, I like Windows10 more than other versions, like Windows7 and WindowsXP, Windows98, MS-DOS 3.1  :P
In old days, new Windows often made us angry  :D  for example WindowsMe Windows8.
