Yup. It  definitely can run both games smoothly ( I'm assuming you use 1366x768 resolution). But I suggest you should consider about better GPU so you can play upcoming games. Sorry for Bad English.

if you play in 1920x1080 not sure maybe around 500+ because i have 256mb video ram and playing cod 4 and i get about 125 mostly so i guess that card can get over that thing but depends on max grapich settings :P

You should check this out.Card reviewed here is an Asus, But with same chipset and in 1080p resolution. I think you can get a rough idea about bf3 fps using bf4 fps listed here :)

yes of course u can play BF3 on medium or high and MW3 will be high i think, but the video card is almost like my old. so its better to get GTX card  :)

topikas isn't it alwasy better to get the newest one xD but when you don't have that much or just want to get something then you go for it :) everything works you don't have to play it in 4K xD

You will be able to run just about anything at high settings with that PC, It blows mine out of the water and I average for example bf4 around 50fps (locked) I peak around 80-90 frames and you should be good next couple of years as well with very minimal investments
