Title: Scrambling teams in BF3

I saw on some server ( fpsZ) that there is a scramble option... It's an option that when, the difference between teams tickets is too large, like maybe 200, teams scramble so there would be team balance... The squads don't scramble... Maybe you should put that option on the servers...
