Hahaha!! I remember those moves. I used to watch Fresh Prince of Bel-air all the time. It was my favorite show back in the early 2000's

Thanks for that Loco! :D

Yoyo, Alter Ego. Nice of you to stop in. I'm a Strain fan as well. Left me on edge when Abraham didn't deliver the killing blow to the Master... DX

Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare / Re: My new fps on CoD4
« on: October 25, 2014, 12:56:42 PM »
I actually haven't tried running the game with that much fps... I just kept the standard cap of 91 fps I think it was.
I have dealt with throttling when the CPU runs to hard (caused by either excessive heat generation or extra strain as in higher than normal FPS)

It may be able to run that well, but I'd rather my PC last.  Nothing wrong with 90 FPS at 1080p anyway. :P

It's what I've grown accustomed to, 60-90 is my ideal FPS range.

But to answer your question, I am using the default CFG, and I don't think I'll be changing anything. Stability is key in my opinion.

I feel for you Anatares, I really do. I remember back in a time when I used to have to play on my old laptop... (Intel HD 4000 graphics which actually weren't that bad to use at times.)

I moved up to a dedicated video card laptop. The GTX 770m to be exact.
I can play COD4 maxed out at 1920x1080 now, and I can also enjoy BF3 on mid-high settings.

Whatever you choose to do with your money, or if your new PC is being given to you, I wish you the best of luck in either case.

P.S. The transition from having a framerate of around 20-40 as in your case, to having one that is around 90 - 120 (Uncapped and consistent) is a big one. It can take some time getting used to playing effectively again. At least that's what happened to me xD

Introduce Yourself / Hello, NRNS...! It's FlyBoy!

Hey, guys. It's good to finally be officially instated on the NRNS Website.

I've been playing for about 2 years with you guys, with my time spent ranging from your Call of Duty 4 servers, Minecraft servers and Modern Warfare 3 servers (Back when 4D1 was still a thing.)

I've enjoyed several hundred hours playing with much of the NRNS community, and I've got to say. You all know how to have a good time. I'm excited to participate with you all and maybe someday, I'll apply for tags like my little brother, PUR3.

Again, I'm so happy to be here, and I hope to get to know you all a little better in the coming months.

A little more about me:

I've been playing the COD series for about 5 years now... Back in my days playing MW3 Online, I got about 30 M.O.A.B.S, and a lot more hackusations... XD
I'm an avid Warframe player (Sci-Fi action shooter) with a little over 1000 hours spent in it since last November.
I'm also pretty artistic and creative. I'm currently working on my own ideas right now, trying to hamper down a storyline for a new game I'm thinking of making sometime in the future. (Set in a fictional world in the 1500's)

Anyways, enough about me. I don't like to make it always about myself. (Even though this is a introduction. xD)

Good luck and Never Surrender, fellow gamers.
I'll see you in the field.

Your friend, teammate, enemy, or rival. (depending on my mood) :P

P.S. Also look at my Signature.... This happens quite a bit with me and my Bro :P
