Title: EU #2 Rust/Scrapyard

The EU #2 Rust/Scrapyard server always gets stuck on Rust and doesn't change over to Scrapyard.

should be fixed on next restart, server has players right now, so we restart at another time of the day.

It looks like it's been stuck on Scrapyard for the last few days. Throughout the day I'd check it and it'd have players in it off and on. I even played a bit a few times and had fun regardless of the neverending round. However, today it looks like it's stuck on Rust...and every time I check it there are no players in it.
