It's a demo from a hotel Room so other games won't look like this :D They just wanted to show how they evolved a next gen Graphic on PC and to be honest it's better than next gen console graphics :P

If they would make a game with these graphics only 5% of gamers would might only be able to play it :D

it might be playable on most systems if the detail is turned down a bit .. but i still think the games wont look nowhere near that in a longtime .. it would not be good for there business if only a small portion of systems can run there games ..  someday  all techs will be strong enough and at that time we will be able to enjoy photo-realism even on a budget

I've tested out some more Demos with Unreal Engine 4 and in everyone i had 60 FPS and sometimes a little drops but it wasn't that bad. In one demo I was in a cave and it didn't have same details as it was in Interior :P But still beautiful graphic :P

Guys this is not a game lol, its a Tech Demo designed to showcase the potential rendering power of the engine, games won't look like this for at least a few years, also you need to take into account the INSANE performance boosts people are reporting with DX12. Another thing worth noting is that you guys seem to under estimate what the average PC gamer's hardware is :)
