Anybody of you guys can tell me how to watch (eventually cut) COD4 demos?

a can aswell use cod4 itself to watch them.

If you are planning to make a video though you'll have to use screen recording software like Fraps, bandicam or mcarillis acition. The u can edit those clips in sony vegas, after effects or windows movie maker lol.
Just mind that it will take shit loads of free space on your pc.

You can also make avi files directly from cod but it takes 4ever
