COD 4 Problem while joining eu2

Hi Guys, i am having a problem while joining eu2 server on cod 4 my version is 1.7....) latest one tho ,the problem is ive added eu2 on my favorite list and it just displays ip of the server , no name no information , when i try to join it , it says awating connection 1-30 seconds and then your connection to Server is timed out . theres no problem with my connection i ve played bf 3 a while ago and my ping was less than 200 that means my internet is fine. what should i do? i was playing 2 days ago and it was fine but dont know whats going on now,

Hey Ali this happens sometimes, even i came across such situation ok so you dont see server name yea that's because

maybe when you tried playing on other server which has mode in it,
and takes downloads if it has a mod,
when the downloading is slow we interrupt the download right, that's why you cant see servers.

there are two ways to find server or getting into game.


copy the whole ip and past it on console then connect.  /connect 46.105.121.57:28961

if that dosent work exit the game,

Go to you're CoD folder and look for  servercache.dat file

Delete it and I have attached the file here on my reply download it and replace it over.
