how to unban

when i press connect to master in bf3 launcher. It shows "Connected to master
You are banned
Disconnected from master"
so how to unban????
i mailed admin of  zlogames but they can't  reply.

if your banned from the bf3 zlo master server then you will need to talk to there admin of ZLOGAMES we have no control of the master server
