to understand me

I need to apologize if I am in the game and not in ts the problem is that when I try to install the ts it says that I need to update the sp1 for w but the connections in venezuela are so bad that I start a download and I can not download anything, in game do not warn me until I can solve this detail ... please people greetings to all

Windows Update is notoriously broken (Microsoft even released patches to kinda-fix it). Your problem might not be caused by your internet connection at all (and if you're able to play online games it probably isn't). Have you tried a manual SP1 install?  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5842

What point during the update process do you determine that you 'cannot download anything'? Every time I reinstall Windows7 my Windows Update gets stuck at 'Checking for Updates' and there are 3 updates I have to install manually to fix Windows Update (KB3020369, KB3172605, kb3125574*optional).

I get the same problem while time.
The only thing I done. Install TS3 as 32 bits even you used windows 64 bits
