question for bf2 players
« on: September 30, 2017, 17:05:04 PM »
I have been talking to people and some have said maybe we should merge our population in to one server so city maps and air aces as one server. rotation would be the key to this working or not.

city map, airmap, city map, airmap ect ect ect

your thoughts?????

Citymaps is my choice.

Agree.

I would make an all maps server without air vehicles.

In the past when we've had similar rotations the server's emptied out during the large maps. I don't think there's any nice 1-size fits all solution for BF2.
I am very open to suggestion. If you see an error or room for improvement or just have a comment or query please get in touch with me via forum PM, email, or Discord.

i think NRNS should have just city for now , after we see that city map's server is full usually its time to add other server , but as second server .
many of publics that  join NRNS server  ,they join for city so  if server have some airmaps , when an airmap load they leave the server .
just my idea maybe wrong  :)
however i like city more than airmap , ( in both of them im still noob  :P )

+1
server lost its population ever since we combined airmaps and city maps. So its better to have citymaps for now

There is no stopping me, i just respawn again

Playing the 5 city maps every day for years is monotonous. The large number of air maps adds diversity to the fun. I feel our public players appreciate it because I noticed that for a few weeks the air aces server seems to be more populated than city maps. I don't think the servers should be merged.
Our problem is the lack of players which is likely due to the order the servers appear when the game loads: green battlelog on top and the rest below. There is probably nothing to be done if we want to keep the identity of our servers. In order to recrute more players could not we have a squad of tagged members playing on other servers to advertise the clan for a few days? I mean just showing the tags so people get curious about the clan not actually recruting.

I'm agree with u but i just donot feel airmap when im in NRNS airmaps
let me explain : the reason of city maps and all modes like power of antitank for distroy the vehicles is focus on ground battles . isnot it ? so when u open server with name airmaps i think it should focus on vehicles , so the vehicles should distroy with normal numbers of anti tank and even shoot precision of guns should alittle lower than city map one's
and also maybe u want say no this isnot airmap , but my mean two servers should really different
not just add some maps with jet , so maybe if u do this changes that i said , players finaly decide better between ground battle and focus on gun shoots or vehicle battle and focus more on vehicles
in short : right now NRNS do not have two servers , have 1.5 maybe , separate them better at least
however this is just my idea again .

What about city maps with a bonus round randomly placed during each full map rotation?

Bonus round would consist of a 16 player map size in which flags and such would be the same, but the players only had Knifes and Shockpaddles for killing.

I like the maps better on the air maps server.

even though I have been playing BF since the BF1942 cd came out,( 2003),I do not play very  well ,so I do not like small maps like Blue Pearl.

large maps give me time for my old hands to manuever around. lol

also the city maps are the same old maps over and over.

this is just my humble opinion as a player, not a member.
