WHY AM I GOT BANNED ? BF4 NRNS

Hello admins.

ive done some nice headshots with my sniper yesterday and suddenly i've got banned for no reason in NRNS BF4 Server. can you remove it please ?

my in-game name loveyall

banned time : between 10-12 p.m

i just applied for rename request in zlotk but it says there are 11 days to change it...
i dont know what can i do for it..
