Technical Support - Games / Application Failed to Start

So i recently installed Windows 8.1 64 Bit ..

I'm having this issue .. I've tried multiple things I've looked up all day, Can anyone present a fix i possibly haven't tried?

Why isn't there a High FPS option on none of our servers? Most players look to this when playing this game at time .. it even contributes to our servers being populated .

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 / MW2 Help Needed

This keeps popping up at times when i plau .. When i started playing the game the first few hours were okay then thyis started happening .. I've tried everything i know of ... Updating my directX .. installing the required 9 for the game .. and a bunch of other things i looked up .. Seems to not work .. Can anyone help me solve this?

Battlefield 2 / COMMANDER OPTION

BF2 is a game where we play with a commander ... it's a pretty important position on this game, that's obvious to our BF2 players .. but my concern/request is that why isn't there a requirement for a certain amount of players to be on server for the commander position to be filled by a player? When there are under 10 players on the server there is literally no point having a commander, for the past 2 days this has been a problem on the server with one specific guy ... I'm asking that this option be put in place for out city maps server, it get's pretty ridiculous asking that someone not take the commander spot and the other side doesn't because it lays a disadvantage

I have a really bad problem with ping ... Ever since i started using my new desktop its been terrible. Can anyone help with any suggestions as to how i can lower my ping. I've tried a few things like changing Ethernet wires and even my router... I really wanna get playing again on other games too .. but if my ping is bad on BF2 .. the others would just might be worst .. thanks in advance.

I have recently Re-installed BF2 because of OS problems on my PC .. Now since this .. I seem to be having a bit of A problem .. I've done all that is required to start playing this game ... Installed both Patches .. V 1.4 and 1.50 and i've tried placing a few .dll files it asked for and same problem exists .. I get impatient at times so I'm here ... Any help .. I'd be grateful .. Thank You In Advance

Well my Laptop has a problem ... i won't be here for a period of time .. My laptop fan has stopped spinning completely .. still clueless as to why but It keeps shutting down as it gets too hot .. its pretty costy atm to fix it and am busy with school and all using money for this .. so again i wont be here for some tme until i get this fixed .. Does anybody play MW2 .. I'v been here for quite some time and I its been very difficult to see a post for MW2 or anything to do with it .. I ENJOY! playing MW2 on my pc for single player .. Can anything be done to have players on MW2 .. i really wanna play this game and .. i look on servers everyday and i see player activity on every game .. but MW2 and for me this is sad .. NRNS is a fun place .. and i personally want MW2 just as awesome as other games .. so if there are any mw2 players here .. Hit me up
