Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 / Repz MW3 error

I just tried to get MW3 up and running, I followed the steps posted here: https://repziw4.de/viewtopic.php?f=68&t=6681
but I keep getting the error Fastfile for zone "patch_mp" is newer than client executable (version 276, expecting 1). Any help would be appreciated.

Hey all, I don't know if it was changed but for some reason I am not allowd in Vent. Cant someone lemme know?

I just had to do a reinstall of windows on my PC and I can't switch/join rooms in vent.

Hey this is tibidisdik44, just wanted to introduce myself. I'm from the US of A and I already have the ventrillo. address but I want to join NRNS. Why do you ask? Well, I am always on your servers and on your Vent, there is a bunch of good ppl on there an I would like to join the love up.
