I would like to welcome back Maverick to Discord.  Cristian is from Colombia and was a member when I first joined NRNS years ago.  Always a ton of fun and a bit crazy he makes us all laugh.  He still thinks there is something called Maverickmania where everybody wants to be like him lol  Good to have you back to hang out with my man.

Hello all I am posting to get some feedback about running a BF2 league for NRNS.  The idea comes from Pongo so I am going to see how the community feels and if its a positive we will move forward with the idea.  The thought would be for people to sign up as a 6 player team.  This team would always be together for a match.  Pongo would make sure we try to get a match time suitable for both groups etc.

It will be held on a pass worded server and probably played as a best of 3 matches all on the same map.  My thought would be each time plays US in one match MEC etc in the second.  If the first 2 matches are split the team with the higher ticket win total can pick who they want to be for the final match.  I am thinking we would determine league standings by ticket differential as well as record wins/losses.  If we use one server for this we can track individual performances perhaps as well to see who stands out in player score etc, perhaps by kits will have to get more info.

This is just a brief outline and look forward to feedback and input from our members and community.  There would be no commander for the match either and all who play can be on TS to ensure fun and communication and all can get together after the match to talk about it.  Look forward to replies.

As some of you can see we have added a Project Reality Server to our Bf2 family.  So with more things for the council to do we are increasing the council.  We would like to announce the addition of Daze and Killer SA to join Mystery, Ivan and Jeamen.  All will focus on BF2 1.5 and Killer and Jeamen will double for PR things until we get that server up and going full tilt and require more assistance etc.  Daze will also be involved with the modding of Bf2 to work with Xenalite and Pongo so the Bf2 council now has direct input and communication to things that happen on their servers.

So please congratulate them both and help them in their new roles.  Next up will take a look at COD4 people ,would like a meeting of the minds for ideas and suggestions there.  I will catch up with Ynot as well
