Hello my Friends.
In thoughts of our hilarious Funnights in Call of Duty 4 i am thinking about bringing this to MW2 on the EU1 TDM server?
What do you think?
Wouldn't it be nice?

If I remember correctly, you can download the IW4x Updater from the official site https://iw4xcachep26muba.onion.to/ (https://iw4xcachep26muba.onion.to/), put it into a folder and run it.
It should download the whole game via TOR automatically, but it may take some time.

Btt, I like the idea of a fun night! Hopefully I can find some time to be there :/

How to Play MW2 With the IW4x Client :
IW4x is a new Modern Warfare 2 client recently released.
The IW4X Client does not require you to register on a forum so getting started is pretty easy.

1.  Make sure you have The Visual C++ Redistributable Package installed. Use the x86 version.
             Download The Visual C++ Redistributable :

2.  Copy your Modern Warfare 2 game files to a new folder. (Steam version is preferred.)
3. Delete everything except the folders "main", "miles", & "zone" and DO NOT delete the files: "localization.txt", "binkw32.dll", and "mss32.dll"

4.  Download the IW4X Updater ZIP and Updater APP and place Them in your root game directory.

       Download Updater App : in Attachments !
5.  Run the updater and let it install the updated client files.
6.  Click iw4x.exe to start the game.
7.  On the main menu, set your player name
8.  Click "Join Game" and have fun.

Note : The IW4x site is hosted as a hidden TOR service. If it is down, just try again later.
Client problems :
There are a couple of issues with the client. Full screen recording using OBS and other popular screen recording software does not work. This is caused by the anti-cheat protections. While you can record in windows mode, some players report input lag and an overall lackluster playing experience. Second, the client simply won’t work for some players. This could be caused by those using pirated version of the game (although Steam owners have reported issues as well) or due to the still relatively new stages of development.

Yep I believe he changed it last night so full admins can change maps and do map rotate.

I am in!!! , Took me more than a day to download it so am def gonna play it as much as i can hahahaha ,
i think we should've 2 days of this fun night , one -midweek and 2- weekend ( thursday or wednesday would be great) if its possible then please do it at evening because night time is too late for me (only mid week) , On weekend i can play anytime! .

i was in there , am on now too, I think maybe we should put killhouse in rotation on the rust server, what you think sophie? Shipment Long and normal shipment are good maps we arnt using yet too, I noticed that 24/7 Terminal Servers are always full too.

I think a Close Quarter Combat Server with a few bots, Not many Like 5 or 6 will bring people in when server has no players, I know its boosted my level when I joined bot servers, I think we should have, Rust, Killhouse, Shipment, Vacant, Nuke Town, Shipment Long,  & maybe a Long DLC Server with, Crossfire Strike, Bog, Cargoship = Wet Work,  Crash, I think these maps are the best the game has to offer with the best for 2 servers, I havnt seen them in rotation anywhere yet, Who agrees with me? Cod Organisation is needed here to keep people in and coming back, and in turm Wanting to join the clan. What you recon? ;)

as far as i know u can get all the dlc`s from the game itself with this latest update,and there is a plenty of nice maps there to play....

Its fun to play on cod4 maps in MW2 , some changes are made in them and they work really well . Ive seen even CSGO maps in Cod4

..why don`t we try some different maps?
that server looks like:rust,rust,rust,rust,scrapyard,rust,rust,rust....and when you got 18 players on the server it is not nice to play on it at all...
..you spawn and u die...in better case u manage to shoot someone and than u die....that is not gaming for me..
..rust is nice to play when it is 4vs4,same as shipment from cod4

We have EU1 which has a bunch of maps. Not as popular as EU2 but it doesn't take long to populate

When we decide on a date we need to advertise on our servers. We have a few regulars that could be interested. Otherwise chances are we are just gonna have a bunch of people who keep picking the wrong team as they won't understand whats going on and then they'll just end up leaving
