Server Upgrade to version 1.8.8

Hey guys,

Some of the plugins on version 1.8 were broken so I needed to upgrade plugins and why not upgrade the server at the same time.
So there you go now on version 1.8.8.

the commands give me an error saying "You do not have access to that command" This includes /sethome /home /tpa and /tp (location) - I may of done this one wrong. Those are the only ones I tested out. However im guessing it will be the same for all the commands

Re-checked all plugins, permissions file was way outdated had to redo all permissions, could not test everything as I was alone on the server.
Please test commands and let me know.
